Q: When do we need to RSVP?
+
A: Understandably, its quite a commitment to fly across the world to
join us for the wedding and we understand that its hard to know what
the future really brings, however it would be great if you can give
an RSVP before October 15st. From our side, we will build
some flex opportunities in the plans so if you decide later that you
are able to join, or for some reason cant make it anymore, thats no
problem.
Q: Who has to RSVP?
+
A: If you are coming with your partner, it would be great if you can
sign up for both of you. This makes it easier for us to get an
understanding of how many people are joining.
Q: What if I cant make it?
+
A: Thats of course not the news we hope for, but please shoot us a
message on whatever platform we usually talk at!
Q: What will the wedding day look like?
+
A: More details will become known over the coming months, but during
the day itself we will offer a full program starting at brunch and
finishing off with a reception to close the day. For those who are
coming we will ensure that dietary restrictions and other needs are
being taken into consideration.
Q: What do I wear?
+
A: The theme is upstage the bride. For those who do not know
what it means? No worries, the groom belonging to this bride-to-be
has no idea either. It essentially means that you fully embrace the
unconventional dress code. Think Vegas, nothing is too crazy, or too
wild. Make sure that people look at you instead of that woman
dressed in white. If thats a bit too wild for you? Something
following the cocktail wedding dress code is a perfect alternative.
Q: Is this all the information I get?
+
A: No, definitely not! Throughout the coming months we will update
you either through the website, through email, or both! That is why
it is important when RSVPing to leave your correct email so we know
where to reach out.
Q: Besides the wedding day, what should I do?
+
A: As said, super cool if you can join us during the wedding. For
the rest there is freedom to plan and sightsee whatever you want,
however we thought it would be fun to share our trip and give
everyone inspiration for their own trip as well. When we bump into
each other, lets not be strangers! Most importantly it would be
amazing if you can join us on October 4th in Las Vegas on our
wedding day!
Q: Where will we sleep?
+
New Info
A: Which hotel you stay in is optional, but we will be staying and
encourage everyone to stay with us at the fabulous Sahara Hotel in
Las Vegas! The Sahara is a stylish and luxurious boutique hotel
located right on the Strip. It offers a variety of dining options, a
world-class casino, a fabulous pool and…wait for
it…home to the Magic Mike Live show!
For October 2025, the room rates are approximately:
Single Room: 200 per night
Double Room: 220 per night (If you share a double room as two
couples, its just 55 per person per night!)
Its very common in Las vegas to add so called resort fee. This is
however included in listed price above but beware if booking another
hotel.
For a more budget-friendly option, check out the Nirvana Hotel. Its
a charming boutique hotel just off the Strip, known for its peaceful
Zen garden and cozy atmosphere. Plus, it offers free parking and no
resort fees!
Q: What about our kids, can they join?
+
A:The program during the day itself unfortunately is not suited for
kids. There will not be any daycare, or nanny, for children either
during the wedding day. If you decide to bring your children it will
be up to you to make arrangements during the day. For the rest of
the stay, there will not be any restrictions on kids of course and
it is business as usual for the parents.
Q: What about the other steps on the itinerary?
+
A: We thought it would be fun to share our trip and give everyone
inspiration for their own trip as well. When we bump into each
other, lets not be strangers! Most importantly it would be amazing
if you can join us on October 4th in Las Vegas on our wedding day!
